Tratado de prohibición de ensayos nucleares necesita mayor impulso político

BERLIN | VIENA (IDN | INPS) – Si fuera por el Dr. Lassina Zerbo, Secretario Ejecutivo de la Organización del Tratado de Prohibición Completa de los Ensayos Nucleares (OTPCE), el tratado de prohibición de todos los ensayos nucleares habría entrado en vigor “ayer”.

Este punto de vista no sólo refleja lo que él denomina, en tono más ligero, su perspectiva “notoriamente optimista”. También se basa en una serie de señales que indican que “la discusión sobre la ratificación se ha trasladado a un nuevo nivel” para que el Tratado de Prohibición Completa de los Ensayos Nucleares, más conocido por sus siglas TPCEN (Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty – CTBT), no siga siendo un “asunto pendiente”.

سازمان ملل متحد  IDN این شایعه ناگهان دایره گسترده ای یافت  هم در داخل سازمان ملل متحد و هم در خارج از ان که آیا اسرائیل تغییرموضع داده و نیت آنرا دارد که در جریان 5 سال آینده قرارداد منع آزمایش های اتمی را تصویب کند ، همراه آن این سئوال نیز مطرح است که آیا در این نیت و قصد اسرائیل واقعیتی نهفته است ویا نه فقط یک رویای هسته ای است و با واقعیت منطبق نیست.

الأمم المتحدة (IDN) – لقد سادت التكهنات-  داخل وخارج الأمم المتحدة على حد سواء – بأن بإمكان إسرائيل التلاعب بفكرة التصديق على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية (CTBT)، بما قد يمتد حتى السنوات الخمس المقبلة.

ولكن هل هذا في عالم الواقع السياسي أم الخيال النووي؟

انتشرت هذه التكهنات بعد زيارة لإسرائيل دامت لمدة ثلاثة أيام قام بها الدكتور لاسينا زيربو، الأمين التنفيذي لمنظمة معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية (CTBTO)، والذي التقى برئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو في 20 يونيو حزيران.
